1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Ironncoman Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Ironncoman Media provides professional moving and loader services including:
- Residential moving services
- Commercial moving and office relocations
- Storage solutions
- Packing and unpacking services
- Loading and unloading services
3. Booking and Estimates
3.1 Estimates
All estimates provided are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final costs may vary based on actual services required, distance, time, and unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Services are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3.3 Changes to Booking
Changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less notice may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept cash, certified checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
4.2 Deposits
A deposit may be required for certain services. Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
4.3 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Services beyond the original scope
- Waiting time due to customer delays
- Difficult access or stairs
- Packing materials
- Storage fees
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your move
- Being present or having an authorized representative available
- Ensuring safe access to both pickup and delivery locations
- Declaring valuable or fragile items
- Obtaining necessary permits or reservations
- Disconnecting and preparing appliances
- Backing up computer data
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Basic Coverage
We provide basic liability coverage for your belongings. Coverage is limited and based on weight, not replacement value.
6.2 Full Value Protection
Additional insurance coverage is available for an additional fee. We recommend declaring valuable items and considering additional coverage.
6.3 Limitations
We are not liable for:
- Items not packed by our professionals
- Normal wear and tear
- Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
- Perishable items
- Items of extraordinary value unless specifically declared
7. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport the following items:
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive)
- Perishable food items
- Plants
- Pets
- Personal documents and valuables
- Illegal items
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your booking:
- More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund of deposit
- 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
8.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.
9. Claims and Disputes
9.1 Damage Claims
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims should be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Canadian law.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
